Gym marketing report for

Digital Gym Growth is a one-man gym website agency. I build the website first, and that is the only way I take on a gym: the SEO, the ads and the follow-up are things I add afterwards, for clients whose site I built. Instead of a sales page, here is the report those clients get on the first of every month. Search and lead totals are a real boutique studio's from 2026. The name is yours to type. Today is where most gyms I meet are standing. Flip to 30, 60 and 90 days to see what changed for that studio after its new site went live.

05Work log

Entries are representative of the period's work. Managed SEO is a flat fee, and a month with no entries in this log is a month that is not charged.

Ad spend goes from the gym to Meta and Google directly. I never hold budget. My fees are quoted after one call and land in the low hundreds per month for managed plans; market rates for the whole category are in Appendix D.

    08Notes from Matt

The website is the product. It is the thing you own outright, the thing every ad and profile and review points at, and the one piece I will not work around: I do not take on SEO, ads or CRM for a gym whose site I did not build. Everything after it exists to make that site earn. The Google Business Profile and the listings that put you in the map pack. Ads when they make sense. A CRM that stamps every lead with its source and answers it inside a minute. This report is how you watch all of it working, and the appendices below document the pieces. The number I want you reading each month is not leads. It is members, and what each one cost, by channel.

Who this is for: independent gyms and studios with the owner still in the building, who need a website built or rebuilt. Strength gyms, boutique studios, small group and personal training, martial arts, yoga. Owners with real reviews and a site that is not carrying them. My gym clients are in Texas, New Jersey, New York and North Carolina; San Antonio is home and the rest run on video calls and this report.

Who should pass: gyms that want SEO or ads bolted onto a site somebody else owns, because I do not work that way. Gyms pre-opening with under $1,000 a month to spend, which should claim their profile, get 20 real reviews and go talk to people instead. Gyms with a retention problem, because filling a leaky funnel makes it worse. Anyone who wants an account manager and a team of six. And gyms at capacity, who I will tell on the first call that they do not need me.

Questions I get on the first call
What does a gym marketing agency actually do?Mine is a website agency first. I build or rebuild the site so you own it, then host and maintain it, run local SEO and the Google Business Profile so you show up for nearby searches, manage paid ads when they make sense, and set up the CRM so every lead is answered fast and reported back by channel. Everything after the site is for gyms whose site I built.
How much does gym marketing cost?Across the industry, anywhere from a few hundred dollars a month for software you run yourself to five figures for a full agency retainer. With me it starts with a one-time build fee for the site, and the optional monthly work after it lands in the low hundreds. You get both numbers after one call. The full breakdown is in Appendix D.
Do you only work with gyms in San Antonio? No. San Antonio is home, and I have gym clients in Texas, New Jersey, New York and North Carolina. Remote work runs on video calls and shared reporting and works the same way.
Can you do my SEO or ads without building the website? No. The site is where every lead lands and the piece everything else depends on, so I do not take that work on for a gym whose site I did not build. If you are happy with the site you have, I am probably not your person.
How long until a gym sees results?Think in months. A new site takes two to five weeks to build depending on scope. After it is live, paid ads can produce leads within days once tracking exists. Search visibility and map pack movement take three to six months to move, then keep building.
Is there a contract?Everything is month to month with 14 days notice. The website is built so you own it outright, and if you ever leave you take it with you.

Send me the thing you are trying to fix at your gym: an empty pipeline, a website nobody finds, ad spend you cannot account for. I read and answer every message myself, usually the same day. The first conversation is me looking at your site and your search visibility and telling you plainly what I would do first.

No spam, and you can leave the list whenever you like.
